Processing & Shipping Time: 

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 working days after order confirmation, or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

You can expect to receive your order within 8 - 10 working days of placing your order, unless otherwise mentioned in the product details.

For all COD orders, the customer is contacted via calls, messages and emails for confirmation. The order stands cancelled if there has been no response within 2 days of contacting the customer. As a small business, the expenses of order returns can be quite significant

Shipments will be delivered between Mondays through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm.

Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Shipping Charges:

•  Free shipping is available on all products above the order value of Rs 1000/-
• Standard shipping charges on order below Rs 1000 is Rs 100/-
• GST is added on the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region will have to be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation: 

• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.

Shipping Partners: 

• We ship orders across India via premium couriers like Shiprocket , Xpressbees , Delhivery ,E-Cart, E-comm express, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis

Delivery Address: 

• Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and contact information. 
• We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses and contact information.  
• If a package cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply.
•  In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@rusticblends.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

Delays: 

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, it is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
