At Rustic Blends, our handcrafted accessories and apparels are individually made by skilled artisans, which means each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, pattern, or texture. Please spare a moment to understand, these variations are part of the charm and beauty of handmade items and should not be considered as defects. If for any valid reason you decide to return/cancel the order, please read the following guidelines before doing so:

Cancellation:
Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. A cancellation fee of Rs.150 will be charged on pre-paid orders.

Returns Due to Defective or Damaged Products:

• Every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team on 8369012503/ support@rusticblends.in within 3 days of receiving your order, and send us a photo of the same. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• We will arrange for a reverse pick up and will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. The shipping charges for the same will be borne by Rustic Blends.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved by the Rustic Blends team, you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
• For exchange or store credit we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our studio. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 20 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio.
• Exchanges or store credits will be subject to product availability. In case of exchange and store credit the shipping expense will be borne by Rustic Blends .
• Exchange or Store credit is valid for 12 months..
• Refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account (please provide clear
• details)/ as per the payment mode of the customer.
• Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the refunds to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  

Returns Due to Dissatisfaction:
If for any reason your expectations have not been met and you wish to return a product, pleasefollow the steps below:

• You may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Beyond thistimeframe, we will not be able to accept your return. Please contact our customer service team on 8369012503/ support@rusticblends.in
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommendusing a trackable shipping method and providing us and retaining proof of return.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved by the Rustic Blends team, you may choose between an exchange or store credit
• For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our studio. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 20 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio.
• Exchanges and store credits will be subject to product availability.
• In case of exchange/store credit, the shipping expense will be borne by the customer. (Rs 70 within Maharashtra and Rs 100 for rest of India). Free shipping on purchase value of Rs 1000 and above

• Refunds will be applicable only in case of damaged or defective goods.
  

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags,packaging, and accessories. It should not show any signs of wear or alteration.

• If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than rusticblends.in the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
• Returns of Sale Products - No refunds or returns on offers and sale products, unless the wrong/damaged/defective product has been sent
• Parcel sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
